About ACCA
ACCA stands for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. It is a professional accountancy qualification for students and finance professionals who want to build careers in accounting, audit, taxation, financial reporting, business advisory, management accounting and finance leadership.
The current ACCA Qualification includes three main elements: ACCA exams, the Ethics and Professional Skills Module, and the Practical Experience Requirement. The exam structure is divided into Applied Knowledge, Applied Skills and Strategic Professional levels.
ACCA is recognised internationally and supports a global community of members and future members across 180 countries.
At FC Training, we help students understand their ACCA route, choose the right papers, prepare for exams and develop practical accounting knowledge alongside their professional studies.
Student Registration: Support at Every Step
Students must register with ACCA separately to become ACCA students and sit ACCA exams. After registration, students can plan their study route, book exams, manage their ACCA account and check their exam requirements.
FC Training can guide students with:
Choosing the right ACCA starting point
Understanding Applied Knowledge, Applied Skills and Strategic Professional levels
Planning paper combinations
Understanding exam sittings and deadlines
Checking whether previous qualifications may lead to exemptions
Preparing a realistic study timetable
ACCA states that exemptions may be available for students with relevant prior learning, mainly across Foundation-level qualifications and the Applied Knowledge and Applied Skills exams. ACCA does not award exemptions for Strategic Professional exams. (ACCA Global)

ACCA offers four exam sessions each year: March, June, September and December. Depending on the paper and location, some exams may be available as on-demand computer-based exams, which can be taken at any time.

Practical Experience Requirement
To become an ACCA member, students must complete ACCA exams, the Ethics and Professional Skills Module, and the Practical Experience Requirement.
ACCA states that students need 36 months of supervised experience in a relevant accounting or finance role and must complete nine performance objectives as part of the Practical Experience Requirement. Progress is recorded through ACCA’s MyExperience system and signed off by a practical experience supervisor.
FC Training can help students understand the Practical Experience Requirement and how their studies connect with real accounting and finance work.
FC Training Mocks and Testing
We provide a range of learning and testing resources to help ACCA students review topics, strengthen exam technique and prepare for their final exam.
All study options can include the following:
1. Knowledge Testing
As students progress through the course, knowledge tests help them check their understanding before moving to the next topic.
2. Consolidation Tests
These tests are based on the topics covered in class and help students combine their knowledge across different syllabus areas.
3. Progress Tests
Progress tests help students identify key strengths and weaker areas before entering the revision stage.
4. Mock Exams
Mock exams give students the opportunity to practise under exam-style conditions. This helps students improve time management, answer planning and confidence before the real exam.
5. Exam Technique Sessions
Students receive guidance on how to approach ACCA-style questions, manage exam time, structure answers and avoid common mistakes.
6. Additional Video Learning Resources
Students studying through live online or on-demand options can access additional video learning resources to support their ACCA preparation.
