We start with a detailed consultation and to understand your vision for the career; we gather requirements, and properly scope out your training milestones. We deliver a planning document with all the details on time schedules, development plans, career choices and CV analysis to begin with.
We'll start with assigning the set of real clients suitable to your training requirements. This step will include deciding upon the accounting software, various sectors and inclusion of theoretical concepts to enrich your training experience. You can also choose from an existing course put together by our expert team or create your own training mix. We believe in giving you greater flexibility and empowerment to mould your training according to your schedule, our user friendly ePortfolio system take care of all your training bookings seamlessly.
We'll assign you a dedicated Training Manager (TM) to manage your learning, progress and deadlines. TM works with you closely and train you on one to one basis to facilitate your learning at your pace. We deliver workshops according to your training requirements and make sure you get up to date knowledge of various changes and developments in HMRC regulations.
While going through training you will get a chance to deliver presentations and attend mock interview sessions to enhance your communication skills and confidence level for upcoming job interviews. You will also be given various tests and simulated assignments covering all the technical topics that you will face in your jobs. Our teams are approachable and provide Skype / phone support even after you finish your training. Practical hands on training on real clients files from variety of sectors like construction, IT, retail & wholesale, solicitors, restaurants, architect , manufacturing and even medical industries give you enormous competitive edge in your job hunt.
Your TM will hold regular performance reviews after every 20 hours of training to ensure learning and milestone are being achieved comprehensively. This will also give a chance to compare your newly developed skill set against agreed development targets. Your progression will be recorded, measured and monitored through dedicated ePortfolio leaning system. This system helps you in tracking your performance from anywhere and at any time. Based on your training you will be given completion certificate acknowledging your skills and expertise. We have option available if you want to gain accredited certification from an awarding body.
A vital part of the training process which is optional but recommended is the time you spend working on current clients as part of our accounting team. The guaranteed work placement is helpful in controlling, what we may call an anxiety of working in real world.
