Overview
The AAT Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping Bootcamp is a 16-week advanced training programme for those looking to take the next step in their accounting career. Delivered by Future Connect Training and funded by the Department for Education and Hull City Council, this Skills Bootcamp covers two AAT-accredited units:
Financial Accounting: Preparing Financial Statements (FAPS)
Tax Processes for Businesses (TPFB)
This programme has been co-designed with Hull-based employers and endorsed by the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) to ensure learners gain the technical skills, digital confidence, and workplace readiness that local businesses demand.
Who is it for?
Learners aged 19+ who have completed AAT Level 2 or have equivalent bookkeeping experience
Junior finance staff seeking to progress into mid-level bookkeeping or payroll roles
Career changers who want to build advanced bookkeeping knowledge
Small business staff needing practical bookkeeping and VAT skills

Duration: 16 Weeks
Format: Blended – live online classes with in-person activities at our Hull HU3 centre
Guided Learning Hours (GLH): 130
Sessions per week: 2 x 4hr sessions (8 GLH)
