Module 1 – Navigate the software, setting up company details, setting the program date, setting up the financial year, opening balances and entering customer details, backing up work, entering supplier details and opening balances, security and protection of data.

Module 2 – Stock adjustments, supplier invoices for services and goods, error corrections, batch supplier invoices, and modifying records.

Module 5 – Handling payments made against trader invoices, entering petty cash payments, processing bank payments, the structure of nominal accounts, using the journal to correct errors, creating a trial balance and new theoretical accounts.

Aims and Objectives

This course aims to give you the understanding and confidence to record and carry out computerised bookkeeping processes using Sage 50 Accounts.
